WHO WE ARE
More About Eastside Neurosurgery
The Eastside Neurosurgical group consists of three Neurosurgerons including Dr. Devon Hoover, Dr. Adrey Volkov and Dr. Kenneth D’Andrea.
These surgeons share a common goal to ensure that the members of the communities they serve have access to top exceptional neurosurgical care. The success of the practice is driven by its dedication to bettering the lives of patients by providing reliable surgical and nonsurgical treatments.
The practice fundamentally recognizes and respects the importance of the doctor patient relationship. We are proud of the time we spend counseling patients in the office with one on one visits. There is a commitment to educating patients about their medical problems and the various surgical and nonsurgical treatment options. Once informed, our patients drive the decision making in their care with confidence.

Patients Reviews
After 6 months of suffering from a herniated disc and debilitating sciatic pain that prevented me from walking or standing more than 5 minutes at a time, my Internist referred me to Dr. D’Andrea. His compassion for his patients well- being is genuine. He performed a micro discectomy on December 3rd that literally changed my life and had me walking the next day with no pain! He is a gifted surgeon and a gentleman that I would refer to anyone!!
Dr. Hoover and his staff are the absolute best!!! Everyone from the front desk all the way up to Dr.Hoover are so professional and caring!! Highly recommend if you need surgery.
Went and say Dr. Volkov for my back. He was very nice, helpful, and broke everything down for me so I could understand everything. The only complaint I have is how the girls at the desk acted. Decided to keep talking to each other when I was trying to schedule another appointment. I was also written a script for PT at another place and I had to call this place a few times because they never sent the script over.
My 90 year mother fell and broke her neck. Dr D’Andrea performed her spinal surgery and we entirely believe she is alive today (walking, playing bridge, enjoying life) solely because of his surgical expertise and practical knowledge. We are extremely lucky to have had him available to be our mothers doctor. Highly recommend!!
